Picking Cotton

Forgiveness is a very important part in the story picking cotton because if Jennifer did not forgive Ronald Cotton, Ronald cotton will not be a free man he would have ended up dead in jail. Forgiveness is also important in picking cotton because Jennifer thought that she was rape by Ronald Cotton but she was wrong. Jennifer also have to believe that Ronald Cotton was not the man who raped her. The theme why me also play a role in picking cotton because Ronald Cotton had to ask himself why me because he was convicted of a crime he did not do. Jennifer also ask herself why me because she was raped.
