The 3rd time my father tried to kill me

This particular flash made me feel very sad for the child in this story. It made me think why did the father want to kill this child for crying and tried to drown him. I couldn't imagine myself as a parent carrying these hateful feeling for a person I created to be in this world for me to love and protect.
