Ronald cotton POV

Seeing Ronald cottons point of view definitely did affect how I felt about the story as a whole. Now seeing it from his point of view you see that he really had no thing to do with the rape and that we was racially profiled for being black. When you see it from Jennifer's point of view it makes it seem like he really is guilty and the reader as they read on has made up their mind. I think the purpose of cotton give us his background crimes was more of a way to get trust with the reader because he is confessing that before he was convicted for things he hasn't done intentionally. It gives you sympathy for cotton because now again he is being convicted. It shows he pattern of the racist profiling on him and that this isn't the fist nor last time this will happen to him
