Welcome to the blog for Prof. John Talbird's English 102 class. The purpose of this site is two-fold: 1) to continue the conversations we start in class (or to start conversations before we get to class) and 2) to practice our writing/reading on a weekly basis in an informal forum.

What makes him interesting? Do you root for him? Why?
Richard the third is interesting because he is a very malicious character and that intrigues the readers. it exposed the dark side no one wants to show. In a way its a release of our criminal intents through the reading. It would be equivalent as to people playing video games today. It's a way to release yourself through an unreal world. I would root for Richard because it's nice to get into the characters role and as the character you want to succeed. It also creates suspense and a deeper emotional connection to the character.
