The stranger and the trial

  When the court sees, the charge given to Meursault they also try to debate if he was like a stranger or if he deserves a more severe charge.  However, he was with his friends and Marie on a vacation when he killed and shot the Arab multiple times.  i believe that, the jury is criticizing him for the way he is and the way he was raised because he seems like a loner.  He seems like a stranger a person that no one is aware of and like a loner because he doesn't like to be around people, he likes to be in his own world and he has hidden feelings.  He doesn't show his feelings and he seems like a person who doesn't seem to care at all about anything.  To me he seems, weird  and awkward because if it were me in that position where I was getting tried by a jury at a trial I wouldn't want people shouting things at me that seem unnecessary. I think that by the prosecutor saying he also killed his father hes trying to show that he has no remorse for what he did to the Arab and that he is willing to kill anyone  because he doesn't know the true meaning of knowing about consequences.  Meursault, is a person that doesn't show emotion of any type and he doesn't like to be seen as weak or as a person who needs sympathy for anyone when he has killed a person. He wants people shouting " Cries of hate" because lets be honest, has he ever showed he loves or cares for someone? he said it   but he doesnt know how to show it or  prove it.
