On the stage we have both the tents of Richard III and Richmond who is trying to overthrow Richard. In a movie, we would just cut back and forth between these two leaders, but on a stage, we can't do that. How would you stage this scene so that it's not confusing? Richard is visited in this scene by the ghosts of those he's killed. What is the significance of this?

On stage I think I would get some that looks exactly like Richard and have them argue on stage. Maybe get twins that way its more believable. Possible even have Richard talking to a mirror. There is no clearer of yourself than in a mirror. Then have him shatter it.

The significance of his ghosts visiting is that his past has come back to haunt him. It shows that he can't hide from his past and that it eventually catches up to you. This would also signify the end of Richard the third. The devils of hell are coming to get him because it is time to pay for his sins.
